Processing Unit : Our Dyeing factory contains an Imported Soft Flow Machines 5no's, Through our Dyeing factory we produce 2500kg's per day. For processing we are using the dyes with AZO-Free Components.

 

Production Unit : Open Air Fashions has one of the most modern finishing plants in India. It is equipped with the latest world-class machinery imported from Europe. Through our Production Plant we make a Packed Ready wears, Our Production unit running in 200machines with 500no's experienced professionals. Our production Capacity is 5000pcs per day.

 

Quality Team : We have a dedicated quality assurance department to ensure the quality levels are maintained. We have an in-house lab to approve the fabric for its shrinkage, fastness, GSM and shade matching process. The garments are also inspected for the construction, measurements and manufacturing defects. The quality is always the top priority for us and we maintain consistent standards.
